Rina Oh met with the AUSA and FBI in 2021 to give her witness testimony. They found her to be very credible and placed her on the government witness list for the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. The government said her story is the most unique one they've heard, bringing all the pieces of the puzzle together. Now the big picture finally comes together regarding the Epstein Files.

Rina Oh met with the federal government two times in 2021. The first meeting took place on April 27th, 2021 and a follow up meeting on August 19, 2021.

Suffering from chronic migraine headaches, PTSD, depression, and panic attacks caused by her mischaracterization in the Sony podcast: Broken; Rina was left non-functional for years. She spent most of her days laying in bed, desperately trying to recover, yet the constant cyber bullying caused by Virginia Giuffre’s malicious false allegations left her extremely harmed. The government made an exception and travelled to meet with Rina in her home. Trembling with pain, she told her story during a four-hour interview.

AUSA offered witness tampering protection after hearing about the cyber bullying, stalking, and death threats. This added some reassurance to Rina, who barely left her home. When the AUSA told her: there is more good than evil in this world, she felt a sense of relief and began to trust in our justice system. Perhaps there are good people out there.

At the conclusion of the first interview with the AUSA  and FBI agents from the Southern District of New York, Rina was told by the group: her story is the most unique story they have heard. It was of tremendous help. And brought together all the pieces of the puzzle during their years of investigating the Epstein case.

The government found Rina to be a very credible witness and reiterated a message that they only saw her as “a victim, not a recruiter or anything else”. She was placed on the government witness list and for the upcoming months prepared to testify on behalf of the government in the criminal trial of Ghislaine Maxwell.

With this, Rina was asked not to speak to other witnesses or give media interviews and keep her status confidential. Rina kept her promise and did not reveal she was a government witness until 2025, while speaking with Vicky Ward.
