Artist, Writer & Advocate

Rina Oh is a Korean-American multidisciplinary artist, writer, and survivor advocate whose work bridges visual art, storytelling, and activism. She is best known for transforming personal trauma into creative expression through her artistic alter-ego, Thirsty, a younger version of herself who represents the universal search for healing and justice.

In 2019, after nearly two decades of silence, Rina Oh came forward about the abuse she endured at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein.

Rina works as Managing Editor for Art Lantern Magazine, a National US based Academic Art News publication led by Nancy Nesvet, former curator of the Palestine Museum and Curator of Venice Biennele Pavillions.

She is the author of the column: What the Art World Eats and Drinks and Guest Host for Whitehot Magazine Podcasts available via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

Rina is working with the greater community of survivors with the organization More Too Life. Meeting Dr. Brook Bello, a fellow survivor and founding CEO of More Too Life has changed Rina's outlook, and now she stands even stronger as a survivor advocate through her work with art advocacy: the Post Traumatic Growth Art Movement. She continues to provide her support through her visual arts practice & advocacy to the greater mission: to end human trafficking and dismantle the root causes of systemic abuse.

My Story

Rina Oh finally broke her two decades’ long silence about the abuse she suffered at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein in 2019. She was forced into the limelight though the false accusations made in Virginia Giuffre’s unpublished memoir, The Billionaire’s Playbook. The public spotlight led to a meeting with the US government officials, the AUSA and FBI, to give her testimony. To be heard and to be believed was overwhelming in itself. To be told “we are sorry”, by the Epstein Estate representatives was deeply cathartic. But the mental load of revisiting the events that had broken her also led to a breakdown, one that would see her hospitalized for several months.

Still suffering with PTSD, Rina is now in a more stable place but knows her story won’t be over until she shares it out loud, and validating she was victimized. She hopes this will allow her to continue her journey to heal and find peace, and fully accept that despite what her experience with Epstein taught her, there is more good than evil in this world. When a victim loses everything, the only thing they can regain at the end is finding their voice, telling their story the way they want it heard – and more importantly regaining their honor and glory. With her involvement in a total of eight high profile legal cases involving Jeffrey Epstein, Rina’s testimony is in the possession of the United States Department of Justice, and she is one of many survivors profiled in the Epstein Files.

Rina is a visual artist and writer currently residing in the United States and works as an advocate for human trafficking awareness, health and wellness through her visual arts practice, writing, and culinary endeavors. Since being brought into the spotlight as a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and his inner circle, Rina created a unique voice in her artistic practice named “Thirsty” who is a small child and a younger version of herself. Through Thirsty who is passive aggressive, confrontational, empathetic, and deeply emotional – Rina is able to depict her personal accounts while rendering what else goes on in the cruel world of human trafficking beyond the Epstein network. Her story is at the core of the Epstein Files, bringing all of what happened into light by providing answers to why and how it was and continues to be all connected.

The most controversial case is Amen vs. Giuffre, along with the counterclaim of AVA, Adult Survivor’s Act where Rina accuses Virginia of defamation and falsely accusing her (Rina) of indictable crimes. Discovery and witness testimonies, along with medical exams that include photographs have knocked down Giuffre’s false allegations and both civil cases were on their way to trial prior to April 2025. The last filing on April 8th, 2025 was a court document issued by the Supreme Court of NYS, Appellate Division, denying the second motion to dismiss the Oh (Amen) AVA claims against Giuffre. Oh (Amen) was about to place Giuffre on the witness stand at trial, something she has been evading for decades.

Vetted by numerous government officials, Trustees of the Epstein Estate, plaintiffs and defendants from Epstein related legal cases, and her attorneys whom all found her to be a very credible witness. She appears in a total of eight high profile legal cases in the United States involving Epstein as of 2025.

  1. Class Action Plaintiff in Epstein Victims Compensation Fund

   2. Class Action Plaintiff in Jane Doe 1 vs. JP Morgan Chase

   3. Amen vs Giuffre in SDNY Federal Tort Case

   4. Counterclaim as the accuser of Virginia Giuffre in the Giuffre vs. Amen NYS Supreme Court in the Adult Victim’s Act

   5. Witness in Jane Doe 200 vs Epstein Trust for defendant

   6. Witness in SDNY Giuffre vs. Prince Andrew for defendant

   7. Witness in SDNY Tort Case Dershowitz vs. Giuffre for defendant

   8. Government Witness in SDNY criminal case United States of America vs. Ghislaine Maxwell for the AUSA
